Varsha Shashikant Thorat

Despite a difficult childhood, Varsha Shashikant Thorat never gave up. With his family facing hardships, his grandmother ensured he had a safe place at Child Welfare Society, Mankhurd in 2007. There, he pursued his education, completing his 10th standard at CAS Secondary School.

Determined to create a better future, Varsha earned a degree in Arts and a Master of Social Work (MSW). Today, he is making a difference as a Case Supervisor at Child Line Child Helpline, helping children in need—just like he once was. His journey is a powerful reminder that with perseverance and support, anything is possible.
