Once a destitute child, Kavita Ramdas Kadam’s life took a turn when a court order placed her in BKN in 1992. Despite hardships, she excelled in academics and pursued Industrial Training in Electronics Mechanics at ITI (2000-2002).
Her dedication led her to an apprenticeship at APLAB Industries Ltd., where she honed her skills. In 2009, her perseverance paid off—she was selected as a Fitter Electronics in the Indian Navy.
From adversity to achievement, Kavita’s journey is a testament to resilience and the power of dreams. She proved that determination shapes destiny.
